Ensuring efficient data packet transmission across existing LAN or Internet networks is the foundation of modern infrastructure. The XC-9000 is a fully digital Intercom PA system designed for high-capacity communication management. Utilising the TCP/IP protocol, it delivers high-fidelity audio signals through dedicated or shared networks, providing unparalleled reliability for complex environments like airports, university campuses, and large hospitals.
Scalability and Performance: Supporting 3,000+ Terminals
The XC-9000 system stands out for its extreme scalability. It natively supports up to 3,000 terminals, with the ability to expand further via cascaded servers, effectively removing limits on transmission channels.
Strategic Advantages of the XC-9000 System
- Flexible IP Configuration: Seamless management of microphones, amplifiers, and IP speakers over a standard network.
- Advanced Scheduling: Automated broadcasting for daily routines or real-time emergency announcements.
- Remote Network Monitoring: Proactive fault detection and real-time status control for every connected terminal.
SPON Digital Ecosystem: Centralised Security Communication
Exclusively distributed by Irbema, the SPON system is engineered for medium to large-scale projects requiring centralised security. Its architecture allows for precise zone subdivision, ensuring that communications reach only the intended areas.
Key Features for Critical Infrastructure
- Zoned Broadcasting: Independent management of multiple zones for targeted messaging.
- SIP & CCTV Integration: Full compatibility with SIP phones and security systems for a unified communication platform.
- ONVIF Compliance: Synchronise audio with CCTV video streams, making it the ideal choice for high-security sites like railway stations and industrial complexes.
Emergency Integration: Fire Alarm & Public Safety
The XC-9000 is designed to work in synergy with fire-fighting systems. In the event of a triggered alarm, the system automatically broadcasts emergency evacuation messages across the entire IP speaker network. The real-time broadcasting feature ensures that critical instructions are delivered without delay, drastically improving safety during evacuations.
Applications: When to Choose an IP Intercom PA System?
The XC-9000 system is the professional choice for:
- Transportation Hubs: Airports and railway stations requiring complex paging and zone management.
- Healthcare & Education: Large hospitals and university campuses needing widespread, instantaneous communication.
- Industrial Complexes: Scalable solutions for noisy and demanding industrial environments where PoE Audio over IP is essential.
