Ir-Gateway is a GSM/VoIP/Mail/IO gateway which, unlike normal telephone dialers, is fully programmable.

Its numerous boards make Ir-Gateway a system fully scalable capable of receiving input (alarms, alerts, text messages and calls) from third parties and relaying them as notifications to other third-party devices.

Through theintuitive web interfaceIn addition to being able to view statistics on its use, it is possible to manage the gateway by configuring it, or by enabling and disabling the various available licences.

The available licences allow Ir-Gateway to perform specific functions such as:

  • Interfacing with external devices and platforms via shared communication protocol (ESPA 4.4., XML, HTTP, etc.).
  • Displaying alarms on plans
  • Advanced alarm management depending on time slot
  • Communication management in telephony. It provides the possibility of sending a call via SIP trunk to a list of recipients with selective addressing according to alarm type (work flow), messaging on the telephone display and voice message with alarm type and module of origin. Recall function on telephone unavailable.
  • Directional dashboard
  • Managing inputs and outputs
  • Sending voice messages pre-registered to a list of recipients following certain events
  • Sending SMS to a list of recipients following certain events
  • Sending e-mail to a list of recipients following certain events
  • Forwarding and receiving alarms (multi-tenant) between different locations via the Internet
  • Remote display via WiFi/Ethernet connectivity
